Sol3 Mio "Absolutely Brilliant"
Image June Campbell-Tong
A massive thank you to June Campbell-Tong, Glynis Denz, David and Kerry Stewart for creating such an amazing occasion, an occasion that the people of Porirua just won't forget.  Here's to you all.
“Thank you for a spectacular evening.  A note to express from Anthea and me our gratitude for your magnificent work in making the Sol3 Mio concert happen for us, which was such a vibrant experience for thousands of Porirua folk last night.  We are in awe of your achievements in bringing last night's concert to our group from Whitby: the planning from the outset, the corporate tent and its facilities, and the marvelous food which you and fellow Porirua Rotarians prepared and served.  You made us feel such honoured guests. And you were so stylish in bringing the food to us.  We shall always remember this Porirua Rotary evening. You were great."

RI Visit to District 9940
It's not often Rotary Districts of New Zealand will have the Rotary International (RI) President  come down under for a visit.  So when the opportunity comes, you have to grab the opportunity.  Such did some of our members who travelled to Palmerston North last week, where our current District 9940 Governor hosted the RI for lunch and dinner.
